The curved shape of the façade with its round oriels makes for exciting layouts and the extra-high ceilings foster a sense of expanse in the apartments, that extends to the spacious balconies.

In the apartments, townhouses and penthouses the elaborate herringbone oak parquet and the massive façade structure create an especially pleasant interior atmosphere.
